This service provides:

next‑day delivery aim (not guaranteed by Royal Mail)
SMS/email updates where available
We offer free next‑day shipping on all UK orders.
Customers receive full tracking once the order has been dispatched.
Tracking will update once Royal Mail has scanned the parcel into their network.
If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Royal Mail requires a standard 10 working day investigation period before a parcel can be officially declared lost.
We will remedy the situation as soon as Royal Mail confirms the loss.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
we will issue a full refund, provided the product has not been opened or tampered with
if the customer wishes the item to be resent, a new order must be placed
We cannot refund or replace items that are delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
If Royal Mail returns a parcel to us as undeliverable:
we will inspect the product
if it is unopened and untampered with, a full refund will be issued
if the product has been opened or damaged, no refund can be provided
